At St Bonaventure’s we are committed to ensure all students have a smooth and seamless transition into KS4. Understanding each individual pupil’s ambitions and abilities is crucial in the selection of GCSE courses. As the Options process begins it is important students try to take in all the information available to them. Communication with teachers is also essential as they understand the demands of the courses and can advise and assist on any issues.
Due to the current situation, we have had to move all our provision virtually. Please see the video below for more information about each subject we have on offer and the process of choosing the correct subjects for your son to study. The time stamps for each subject are below. The booklet has information regarding the core subjects and option subjects that we offer here at St Bonaventure’s. We encourage parents/carers to read through this carefully with your sons so you are fully aware of what each course entails and what is to be expected of your son going forward with his GCSE’s in his chosen and core subjects.
